Big Brother Mzans: Double Trouble is here. After a long wait, South Africa will get their first glimpse of the new Housemates in a live launch show on DStv Mzansi Magic channel 161. In keeping with this seasons exciting theme of Double Trouble, Biggie has decided to have not one, but two launch shows. The first one, which will be this Sunday, has the much coveted Big Brother live stage being fired up by none other than DJ Merlon and Mondli Ngcobo. 

Durban born, label boss, producer and all-round hitmaker, DJ Merlon is best known for his track  “Koze Kuse”, featuring vocalist Mondli Ngcobo. The song was nominated in the Best Hit Single category at the 2014 Metro FM music awards as well as for Yfm’s song of the year for 2014.

DJ Merlon has been the Artist Manager for Lvovo Derrango, has worked with Black Coffee, Zakes Bantwini, DJ Buddah and been label manager for  Derrango Records. This unique, gifted and multi talented DJ with his smooth vocal house style will be kicking off this seasons Big Brother Mzansi in style together with vocalist and producer Mondli Ngcobo. 

Mondli Ncobo first gained acclaim when he sang “Lyon to Kwazulu” at the Africa Rising concert in 2011. Having worked with such artists as DJ Cleo, DJ Shimza and Heavy K the Big Brother live stage is set to be an exciting place to be this Sunday evening.
