Buhle B’s Diary Session Highlights
Buhle B admitted that today wasn’t a good day for her emotionally. She explained that she woke up in a great mood, but everything changed after the likes and hashtags task, where she received only one like and she knows exactly who it came from.
Although she presents herself as strong and hardcore, she confessed that the situation hurt deeply, especially because Didi and Mashel didn’t give her a like or even a hashtag.
She felt even more drained after Didi later approached her, apologising and saying the decision was difficult. Buhle B believes the actions were intentional, which made the atmosphere feel heavy and emotionally exhausting, even though she insists she’s trying to stay calm.
Buhle B reflected on her friendship with Didi and Mashel, saying she has realised that many of their conversations revolve around other people’s business. She now sees them as energy drainers and feels disappointed, as she was once close to them. She also hinted that Liema may not be as genuine as she appears, though she said that’s a discussion for another time.
Addressing the Saturday night party, Buhle explained that she was already asleep and only learned later about comments suggesting that couples are boring and only want to take their partners to bed. While she described Didi as sweet, she also labelled her malicious, accusing her of jealousy. According to Buhle, Didi wants both Tumi the Barber and Mmeli, and seeing real relationships in the house has affected her negatively.
Buhle B believes Didi tried to shift attention away from the live eviction by instigating chaos in the house. She said Didi’s comments about Tumi and Dene were not new information to her.
Her highest moments in the house include winning the Robertson Spices challenge, despite sensing that some housemates were unhappy about it, as well as Tumi winning Head of House and her receiving immunity, which secured their place in the HoH lounge.
Her lowest moments included her fight with Kokii and seeing Cia’s picture, which deeply affected her, as she felt Cia was one of the most genuine people in the house.
Speaking about evictions, Buhle B said she wasn’t nominated last week, but felt Lawredo, in particular, deserved to stay longer in the house, along with Ofentse.
On her relationship with Tumi the Barber, Buhle B described it as a rollercoaster. While they sometimes clash, she acknowledged that Tumi is sensitive and easily affected. Beyond being her partner, she sees him as a good friend. She also admitted that she could have avoided her friendship with Didi and Mashel, something Tumi had previously warned her about.
Buhle ended her session by saying she had a conversation with Dube, whom she believes is actively playing the game. She expressed a wish for Big Brother to reveal who gave likes and hashtags. She added that housemates with the most likes seem genuinely popular and noted that Ashay is playing a smart game, even though many people don’t realise it yet.
