Neliswa’s Diary Session Highlights
Neliswa shared that her spirits are back up after feeling a bit low on Sunday following the Head of House challenge. Although she didn’t win, making it to the finals lifted her mood and restored her confidence.
She admitted feeling stressed about the wager, worrying that it might be distracting the housemates from focusing on the actual game. Neliswa also addressed Didi’s comments about wanting more drama, saying she wasn’t offended at all. As a long-time fan of Big Brother Mzansi, she understands where Didi is coming from.
Her highlight of the week was the recent HoH challenge, which she found fun and competitive, enjoying the healthy rivalry among the housemates. Her lowest moment came on Sunday after a comment from Smash Afrika made her reflect deeply. It helped her realize that she needs to focus more on her individual game, not just her connection with The Don.
Neliswa revealed that Sunday left her feeling anxious and nervous, as she didn’t know what to expect, but she managed to push through the uncertainty. She described her connection with The Don as light-hearted and playful, almost like a high school vibe, noting that they haven’t yet had deep conversations.
Speaking on house dynamics, Neliswa said her relationship with Thandeka is cool and respectful. While they understand each other, she admitted she doesn’t always appreciate how Thandeka responds to others, describing it as mean at times, though she emphasized there’s no bad blood between them.
Neliswa also enjoyed the likes and hashtag game and was shocked to discover that she is the most liked female housemate. However, she felt that some comments made about other housemates were unnecessarily harsh.
Overall, Neliswa is feeling positive and optimistic, confident that she’s heading into a good week, especially with the relief of not having to worry about nominations.
