Mmeli Wins R5,000 in King Pie Task
Mmeli has become the latest Bazozwa housemate to secure the bag, emerging as the winner of tonight’s sponsored King Pie task challenge.
Earlier today, Biggie summoned the Bazozwa housemates to compete in the King Pie “Match the Taste” Challenge, with R5,000 up for grabs. Split into teams of five, housemates had their taste buds put to the ultimate test in a high-stakes elimination challenge.
Blindfolded, the housemates sampled a variety of popular King Pie flavours. Only those who correctly identified the flavours advanced to the next round.
The first group to take on the challenge included Trixie, Mmeli, Thandeka, Neliswa and Kokii, followed by other groups of five. All housemates successfully made it through, except Que, who was eliminated at this stage.
The competition then intensified with a twist, as housemates moved on to tasting King Pie’s gourmet range. This time, each participant selected three numbers, tasted the pies, and wrote their flavour guesses on a whiteboard.
The challenge reached its final and most intense stage with a 48-piece puzzle featuring the King Pie Taste of Comfort logo. The first housemate to complete the puzzle without any errors or misplaced pieces would claim victory.
After multiple blindfolded rounds and a nerve-testing puzzle showdown, Mmeli emerged victorious, proving both sharp taste and focus, and walked away with R5,000 in cash.
