Ofentse has officially made history as the first Head of House (HoH) of Big Brother Mzansi Season 6, after emerging victorious in a thrilling and competitive HoH challenge on opening night.
The challenge unfolded in multiple rounds designed to test the housemates’ precision and ability to perform under pressure.
Round One: Balloon Relay
Biggie divided the housemates into four groups. Each group was given balloons which had to be moved from one end of the course to the other using only their heads, without stepping outside the marked path on the floor. The two fastest housemates from each group qualified for the next round.

The eight housemates who advanced were:

-
A dart landing on the phoenix’s head earned 10 points
-
The further away from the center, the fewer points were awarded
-
A dart that missed the board or hit the floor resulted in 4 points being deducted

The scores were as follows:
-
Ashay – 22
-
Mmeli – 21
-
Trixie – 19
-
Didi – 22
-
Ramona – 2
-
Lawredo – 27
-
Mshefane – 33
-
Ofentse – 28

With the highest scores, Mshefane and Ofentse advanced to the final round.
Final Round: Puzzle Under Pressure
The last stage tested both speed and focus. Mshefane and Ofentse were tasked with solving a puzzle to form the Big Brother Mzansi Bazozwa logo. The first housemate to correctly align the puzzle would win the HoH title.
After an intense showdown, Ofentse completed the puzzle first, securing victory.
By winning the challenge, Ofentse became the first Head of House of Season 6, earning immunity from the first eviction and the power that comes with the position. He also chose Lawredo to enjoy the HoH privileges with him.
