The Don Wins Week 8 Friday Night Arena Games in Big Brother Mzansi.
It was another thrilling night in the Big Brother Mzansi 2026 house as the Top 10 housemates gathered for the Week 8 Friday Night Arena Games challenge. In the end, The Don once again emerged victorious, claiming the R10,000 cash prize for the second time this season.
Safari Rumble Challenge.
This week’s Arena Games were themed “Safari Rumble”, featuring four challenging stations designed to test housemates’ agility, balance, and coordination. housemates had 3 minutes and 30 seconds to complete the entire challenge before being buzzed out.
Station One: Giraffe Hoop Challenge
At the first station, housemates were given four yellow hoops and tasked with tossing them through the head of a large giraffe sculpture. To proceed, they needed to successfully land two hoops inside the giraffe.
Station Two: Elephant Trunk Task
The second station required housemates to wear a costume that mimicked elephant ears and a trunk. Using both hands to hold the ears in place, they had to move two balls, one ball at a time from one end of a marked area to the other using only the trunk attached to their nose.
If a ball rolled outside the demarcated area, the housemate had to start again until they completed the task successfully.
Station Three: Crocodile Balance Challenge
In the third station, housemates had to wear a hat fitted with a prop crocodile head, with a small bird sculpture placed on top. They then had to walk carefully to the next station without letting either the crocodile or the bird fall off.
Final Station: Zebra Gallop
At the final station, housemates mounted a zebra prop and galloped toward a large rock while collecting three butterfly props along the way. They then had to place both the zebra and butterflies on a moss-covered table before crossing the finish line.

With the fastest time of 1 minute and 16 seconds, The Don was crowned the winner of the Week 8 Arena Games, securing R10,000.f
This marks his second Arena Games victory this season. Combined with the R1,000 he earned earlier during the Simba-sponsored challenge, The Don has now accumulated R21,000 in winnings so far in the competition.
